CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to be able to afford to continue operating we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Workshops are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Tickets can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your workshop or are transferable to someone else.
IMPORTANT
– Our pricing includes standard size pieces, materials and firing. Additional materials for making of large or numerous items will incur an additional cost to cover materials and kiln space.
– Saturday Evening Workshops are $70 pp regardless of age, making or glazing or voucher value.
CREATIVE KIDS TERMS OF USE
Creative Kids Vouchers may be used for up to 3 workshops within a 2 month period as per our provider agreement with Service NSW. Suitable sessions for children aged under 12 are our school holiday & Sat morning workshops. If using Creative Kids Voucher, please select the PAY LATER option when booking.
PICKING UP YOUR MASTERPIECES
Opening hours for pickup are
- Wednesday 12pm to 3.30pm
- Saturday 9.30am to 1.30pm
You will be contacted when your piece is ready for pickup.
General turnaround times are;
If you attend a making & underglazing workshop – 3 weeks
After a making with clay workshop – 2 weeks
Glazing workshop – 1 week
For private parties, we will contact you for pick up when all pieces from your party are ready.
